Advanced Wellness: Enhancing Care Through Rebranding and a Web Site Redesign
Founded in Marlboro, NJ in 1997, Advanced Wellness is a multi-disciplinary center of care which provides a range of wellness services including pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, nutrition, and specialized treatments.
As the company evolved, offering new types of treatments and services, Advanced Wellness was in need of a branding makeover. Serving various communities within central New Jersey, Advanced Wellness required new messaging to more accurately represent the practice and its specialized treatments.
In order to rebrand itself, Advanced Wellness needed to first look within. Guided by Springboard, the initial campaign included a complete audit of all marketing materials, internal communications and processes. A series of interviews with key personnel, clinicians, management and patients was also conducted.
Through this exercise, Springboard developed a master brand strategy that focused on centralizing the once disparate practice areas under the Advanced Wellness moniker. It then developed a new logo and web site that includes a blog and is underpinned with an ongoing SEO campaign. Print advertising was also included in the marketing strategy.
The new Advanced Wellness web site was launched in December 2012. It is organized by practice area, conditions and specialized treatments in order to quickly give the visitor fast access to the information they are seeking. The site is designed to educate as well as inform, and is intuitive to enable visitors to call or click to conveniently schedule an appointment.
Within the first three months of the launch, Advanced Wellness experienced an increase in web site visitors and page views by 300 percent respectively, and anticipates this number to grow through an ongoing content strategy and SEO program.
