The day after Christmas in the office is a quiet place. The holiday offered the perfect environment to reflect back on 2016, and internalize the campaigns and clients we have supported throughout the year. As a full-service marketing communications firm, we were involved with many different projects, ranging from public relations and content strategy to branding, web design, trade shows, events, and social media.
Among the campaigns and projects, one of the key highlights for Springboard in 2016 was our move to Bell Works in July. We have been in our new office for nearly six months and have found this “metroburb in the making” to be exciting, inspiring and a magnet for creativity.
Here is a recap of several campaigns and projects we delivered this year; special thanks to the Springboard team – Stefanie, Ariel, Caroline, Michael, Paul, and Sherry as well as Austin and Scott for their hard work and creativity. I would also like to thank our clients for trusting us with their marketing initiatives and providing the opportunity to help them move the needle.
Q1 2016
In the first quarter of 2016, we helped Suez Environment (formerly United Water) expand their interactive web application that is displayed on twin 70-inch monitors in their visitor center. In addition to the exciting touch-screen application that animates the water filtration process, a new menu interface and two new modules were added to promote the company’s watershed and community service programs. We delivered this project within the budget in less than six weeks.
For the second consecutive year, we helped Synchronoss Technologies brand the baggage claim area at the Barcelona airport during Mobile World. We wrapped the gate stands and columns with Synchronoss-branded signage. More than 100,000 attendees traveled through the airport during the show, offering a unique opportunity for Synchronoss make an impactful impression.
In March, etherFAX exhibited at HIMSS, one of the largest healthcare trade shows in the world. To optimize their presence in Las Vegas, we developed a booth, branded graphics, and a series of content pieces such as a white paper and blog posts. The show was also supported by public relations, social media and advertising campaigns reinforcing the need for etherFAX healthcare solutions.
Q2 2016
Throughout the year, we supported many public relations campaigns for FNT Software, NCP engineering, etherFAX, Ericom Software, Knoa Software, and Unicorn HRO. Each campaign had its own focus and all yielded media coverage in key publications, ranging from industry/trade magazines to mainstream newspapers.
From a content marketing perspective, we collaborated with clients to create blog posts, case studies, e-books, white papers, and product brochures. Building on a campaign started in 2015, we developed four e-books as part of a series for Unicorn HRO. The e-books focus on various aspects of HR operations, including benefits administration and retirement, payroll, and employee self-service.
Q3 2016
In June, the founders of start-up RapidRPA engaged us to launch their company which included logo design and branding, website development, content strategy and a public relations campaign. In less than two months, Springboard helped to successfully launch RapidRPA and got the company in front of key industry analysts and media, garnering market awareness and exposure.
The summer provided an opportunity to prepare a survey for Ericom Software which provided data to create an infographic, a press release, and a blog post – all part of a marketing campaign to launch their remote access technology.
Working with Protect Me With 3+ for three consecutive years, we had the opportunity to implement a brand refresh and launch a Spanish version of the statewide poster and video contest’s website. Springboard also redesigned all of the collateral materials, guidelines, and submission forms to make it even easier to participate in the contest.
Q4 2016
Social media was another area where Springboard expanded its service offerings. The New Jersey State Library, Princeton Merchants Association, Protect Me With 3+, and the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey are just a few of the ongoing social media campaigns Springboard supported on a daily basis. We also helped implement social media task forces at several organizations in an effort to educate key personnel on how to leverage social media as well as tools such as video and content to boost engagement.
Additionally, we developed all types of social graphics to complement many social campaigns across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat. These can be easily shared, boosting the engagement and reach of key social media campaigns.
Looking back on 2016, it was a privilege to support so many different types of projects and campaigns. Based on project commitments and a strong pipeline, we look forward to expanding the team and growing our business in 2017.
Happy New Year!
