Through its OTT platform, Setplex helps customers deliver streaming video content and live events to millions of users. Thought-leadership and media attention were critical components of Setplex’s go-to-market strategy. The company engaged Springboard in 2021 to implement a strategic marketing and public relations campaign focused on expanding its presence in North and South America.
Working with Setplex, Springboard developed core messaging and developed an editorial calendar to drive monthly marketing and public relations campaigns. A key component of this process was the creation of content assets such as press releases, bylined articles, and blog posts. Additionally, Springboard created an extensive media list targeting business-to-business publications focused on OTT, digital television, and IPTV.
Each month, Springboard collaborated with Setplex to identify topics for blog posts, such as Flexible Business Rules to Maximize Monetization, the Power of OTT Analytics, and Building a Video Streaming Platform.
Springboard also supported digital campaigns such as LinkedIn sponsorships, with a focus on lead generation. Springboard developed a white paper, Embracing the Market Opportunity for Advanced Television Services in Africa, and social graphics to promote the campaign on LinkedIn.
Within the 18-month engagement, Springboard was instrumental in securing dozens of media placements, including articles in publications such as MarTech Series, Advanced Television Limited, Broadband Tech Report, TV LATAM, Gaming America, IBC, Rethink Research, AIThority, The Fast Mode, TVTechnology, TVBEurope, and Streaming Media.
Through its engagement with Springboard, Setplex has increased its thought-leadership, expanded its market reach, and cultivated new business among service providers worldwide.
