Overview
Operating as a division of Optima Global Solutions, TranscendAP was launched in 2024 as a separate company. The newly-formed spin-off worked with Springboard and Asano Designs to develop its brand identity and launch a website – all within a month. The scope of work included a logo (branding), messaging, copywriting, and website design.
Branding
Starting from scratch, TranscendAP had the opportunity to develop a logo without any constraints. The design process included discovery sessions with the executive team to learn about the company, its technology, and target customers. Collaborative discussion also examined the branding of TranscendAP’s competitors as well as color schemes, visuals, and other design concepts. From this, TranscendAP selected a brand identity that represented strength, fluidity, and flexibility – attributes that resonated with the strategic direction of the company.
Messaging
Although TranscendAP is a new entity, it has been servicing enterprise clients for eight years. Thus, it was important to position the company as an established, trusted software provider that integrates advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning into its product offerings. Unlike its competitors, TranscendAP’s technology can be easily integrated into existing workflows and processes, making it extremely flexible and scalable. These differentiators and value statements were threaded into the company’s marketing, specifically its website.
Copywriting
Offering a sophisticated technology solution that solves a specific problem – automating accounts payable operations – TranscendAP needed to reinforce how its namesake product is the answer. Targeting mid-sized enterprises, a series of well-written and designed web pages reinforced TranscendAP’s technology differentiation, use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in its product capabilities, and the value of a flexible platform that can be rapidly deployed to support unique workflows and processes.
Website
Utilizing WordPress, phase one of the TranscendAP website delivers an impactful user experience that combines integrated branding, messaging and copywriting and fluid design. The visual assets mix abstract illustrations and images of enterprise work environments. Navigation is streamlined, offering easy access to company, products, careers, as well as information about partners and integrations. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand the website to include additional landing pages, a content repository, and a blog.
Summary
From discovery call to launch, this project was delivered within a month.
