Since 1994, FNT Software has provided industry-leading data center infrastructure management (DCIM), IT management, and telecommunication management solutions to over 500 customers globally.
As the cloud and mobility continue to fuel widespread deployment of back-office applications and externally-facing services to manage business operations and interface with customers, technology has become an organization’s “special sauce.” Concurrently, technology sprawl is running rampant throughout data centers.
FNT Software’s product line brings order to IT chaos. Its software has proven to effectively simplify and optimize data center operations utilized by enterprise organizations and communication service providers.
Business Challenge
Headquarted in Germany, FNT Software launched its United States operation in 2011 as part of the company’s strategic growth initiative. Despite having innovation technology, the company was unknown in the United States. FNT Software engaged Springboard in February 2015 to implement a PR campaign that promoted the company’s DCIM and service management solutions.
The Process
Through PR and content strategy, Springboard helped FNT Software differentiate itself among the competition, targeting industry influencers, technology analysts and the enterprise technology media.
Working closely with FNT Software, Springboard developed a series of content assets including press releases, case studies, white papers, bylined articles, and blog posts. All of this content was utilized to support an ongoing media outreach program.
